ORDERING INFORMATION
Prices and Quantity
All prices on the site include shipping and handling. Quantities can be adjusted in your shopping cart when ordering items from the gallery.

Note Cards
Individually hand-made note cards measuring 4 1/2" x 6" contain original photographic images from the Pastime Prints gallery. Each card is carefully made by mounting a 3 1/2" x 5" photograph onto a variety of color coordinated 80lb card stock. All note cards, titled and signed by the artist, are perfect for all occasions and can also be matted and framed for inclusion into your own personal art collection. A minimum of 6 cards per order is required, with any combination of images per order.

Framed Images
Prints of gallery images are available in matted images as well. All prints are professionally mounted on foam core board and double matted using Crescent acid free mats. Double mats include an off-white alabaster outer mat and contrasting dark inner mat. For special mat requests, please indicate with your order. These images will only be matted, but will easily fit in a standard size frame found in frame and craft shops.

General Ordering
I ship using both UPS and US Postal Service. Please give both your postal address as well as you physical street address. If a Post Office box is your only option, please note that in the comments section when ordering online. UPS will not ship to Post Office boxes, so shipping fees may need to be adjusted if a PO box is all you provide.

If you have a special request for an item or format that you do not see available, please contact me with your request. I will work with you to create a finished piece to your specifications!

Your order will be processed as soon as possible, with items being delivered within 2-3 weeks of placed orders. If there is going to be an extended delay for any reason, I will contact you and discuss it with you.

Payment
I accept Visa or Mastercard (only) through my online store. Or, if you prefer to use a personal check or money order, select that option when ordering. Please make checks payable to Pastime Prints.

Items ordered with a personal check or money order will be shipped once I have received the check or money order.

NSF checks will be charged an additional $20.

Returns
If a mistake is made on my part in filling your order, please contact me within 10 days, and I will gladly pay return shipping and see that the correct item is shipped to you at no extra cost to yourself.

If you receive an item and decide you no longer want it, you are welcome to return it in the same packaging unused and complete within 10 days for a full refund of the cost of the actual item, excluding shipping. In this case, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If you receive an item that you feel is flawed or unpleased with, contact me so that we can work out an arrangement. My goal is to please my customer and make certain you are fairly treated and happy with the end results.

Security
The online ordering system on this site is secure. Your order is processed through a secure server using ReadySecure and Cart32. Your name, address, and personal information will not be sold or transferred to outside companies, but will remain private.

All images, designs, and logos used on this website and in the actual product are copyrighted by the artist, David Paukert. They may not be used in any format, whether electronic or printed.

Images are not to be used without express permission from the artist on other websites, commercial uses, any form of electronic or printed transfer, downloading for personal use, or any other purpose other than viewing on the Pastime Prints website.
